How it works
One paper for one reader, built each morning by fixed rules from free public sources and your own list. Sign up now and your first paper comes by email when we open the doors.
1. Sign up in about three minutes
First name, email and ZIP code are required, and so is the box that says you agree to get the paper. Everything else is optional: what you run, your sections and headline sources, up to 3 to-dos, 2 dates and 3 habits, your paper’s name and light or dark.
2. Each morning, one paper
Your No. 1 task, what's due and what's on your calendar, NWS weather and alerts for your county, sunrise, sunset and the moon, upcoming holidays, the Proverb of the Day, headlines from the sources you pick, and DEAD END JOB, a daily comic.
3. A 30-second check-in
Each evening, tap Check in in your paper, or reply CHECK with the numbers of the habits you did.
4. Your report card
Next morning your paper counts your week and your streak. Counts only, from your own taps. No grades, no lectures.
What it is, and is not
- A private paper for one person
- Local and useful: weather, alerts, your own tasks and dates
- One No. 1 task each morning
- Yours: ask for a copy or deletion anytime
- Linked to its sources
- A social network or leaderboard
- A generic news app
- An endless to-do list
- A data-selling or ad product
- Medical, legal or financial advice
Behind the scenes
Each morning the paper is built from the free public sources listed on the Feeds page, using fixed rules. No AI writes any part of it. Every section is checked against its source first, and if a source fails that morning, that line says "Unavailable today." instead of guessing.
